WordPress Goldmine - A Review

by Allison Thompson

It is not often that an e-book is published on a certain subject, which clearly shows just how useless others already available are. With the publication of WordPress Goldmine this is just what has happened. Where most of the other affiliate marketing guides ask you to focus on finding the right product through Clickbank and then creating blog in order to market it. With WordPress Goldmine you will find that this is not what you need to do. Instead through this book you will learn about different aspects concerning not only finding the right domain names abut also the right products to promote on your sites.

This e-book provides you with in-depth information about not just the processes needed to build your own sites but also what kinds of sites you can create. Also this book provides you with live examples and which not only add value but which make it so special from the others currently available. Plus as you will soon discover it is extremely easy to follow as the author has broken everything down into five very easy to understand sections.

In section one it looks at the ways of building a WordPress blog, plus the steps one needs to take in order to get your blog up and running in the shortest amount of time possible. Plus this section has some bonus videos, which can help you to understand the whole process from beginning to end.

When you start reading section two here you will learn about the kinds of content that one can utilize for a blog. Here the author covers everything from PLR articles through how to get original content on to your blog. In fact here the author clearly explains the ways of regularly getting unique content posted to your blog for free and will further help to enhance and develop the one you have built.

Of all the sections in the book Section three is the jewel in the crown as far as I am concerned. In here the author clearly explains the different ways in which one is able to monetize a WordPress blog. However, it may take some time to complete this section as the author provides indepth information on how he himself made a $15,000 income through just one blog post. In fact of all the sections of the book this is probably the one that really offers you value for money. As not only does he explain how he made money himself but also shows ways in which you can make money with your blog offline. There are plenty of plans out there which state that you should be able to $$$$ in just 30 days, but which are simply not achievable. However, with the plan in this book the author explains how you could be earning an extra $1,000 per week by the end of 2008.

In Section 4 of WordPress Goldmine the author clearly explains and shows the different ways in which one is able to promote the sites that one has built. Along with an easy to follow diagram the author shows you the kinds of sites that one shoudl be using in order to make yours a success. Another added benefit of this section and which further makes this book value for money is that the books author gives details on a traffic generating system which you will find extremely easy to master.

Section 5 of this book helps you with learning the ways to promote the sites that have built in order that you can take them to a completely different level and compete more affectively against any competitors. Though a few folks may find this section a little formidable in the beginning, the writer does include several warnings at the beginning of it that you need to have mastered the other ones before you move on to this one.

As a whole WordPress Goldmine is a brilliant tool to aid you when it comes to affiliate marketing. Just by using commonsense over unnecessary hype has helped to make this book a pleasant change form many of its counterparts. In fact this book could well lead to other internet marketers actually publishing books themselves of a similar calibre to this one.

Even though WordPress Goldmine contains 110 pages, each one proves to be great value for money. It does not matter whether you are a complete beginner or have been an internet marketer for sometime you will find advice and tips contained within its pages that could help to increase your income. If you are only going to buy one e-book this year then I would recommend that you buy this one.

Quick Reviews on Booking Your Removal Company and Your Moving Day

by Fresh Maseko

Moving companies offer several great reasons to hire them - with different levels of service. From companies who will show up and move you and your belongings to companies who will pack, clean and move your belongings from place to place.

There are also more and more ‘complete’ package companies springing up, designed especially professionals - allowing them to move to their job, without the hassle of it all. These companies do it all - from finding a suitable house within your price range and requirements, to packing you and moving you in. Some even unpack at the other end for you.

You may also want to ask the company themselves for references, and information on when their cheapest and most expensive times are to move. You may find moving midweek to be far more cost effective, as weekends always carry a premium.

You may also need to decide whether you’re moving yourself and just hiring a van, or hiring a van and moving team. Or even hiring a company to take care of it all, from packing to moving you to your new home and arranging your belongings so that you can unpack.

You can collect quotes online based on your move date and expected destination - and the phone and confirm and discuss these quotes if necessary. During this phone call, you can also ask about anything you’ve got concerns about, if anything.

The moving day

Empty one room at a time, and ensure the cupboards (if they are walk in) are also empty - once its done, sweep, mop or vacuum, and do one final pickup then close the door. Make it clear to the others helping you that sealed rooms are finished with, so that people aren’t trailing dirt into rooms that are finished and clean.

Keeping your kettle, mugs, coffee, tea, toiletries and baby supplies (if you’ve got a small child) separate from your packed belongings might be a good idea, as is keeping any essential work, moving, utility or ID documents in a safe place during your move. The latter will ensure that they don’t accidentally go astray, or are placed somewhere that you can’t find them.

Indoor Citrus Trees: Calamondin Oranges A Good Bet

by Jim Hofman

Are you looking for a good citrus tree to grow indoors? If so, you have several choices. While many container gardeners are familiar with the Meyer and Ponderosa lemon varieties, another option to consider is the calamondin orange tree. The calamondin is an easy care option that consistently offers an ample crop of fruit.

Calamondin oranges are very well known in southeast Asia, where they thrive as ornamental varieties. Asian cultures have long regarded the calamondin as a useful and versatile fruit and rely on it for many health issues. Malaysian and Phillipine cultures routinely use calamondin juice as a hair conditioner and as a cough rememdy. Its juice is also commonly used to eliminate the itching and swelling of insect bites.

Interestingly, the calamondin fruit looks more like a lemon than an orange. Typically, by the time a calamondin turns orange, it’s over ripened. About the size of a lime, calamondin oranges are typically sweeter than most juice oranges and can be used in any manner reserved for citrus fruits.

One of the best attributes of our calamondin plant is its fresh citrusy fragrance. With nominal care, the tree blooms often, more frequently than most indoor fruit trees. Our calamondin typically produces fruit in the winter and spring months in ample quantity.

One important tip with a calamondin involves how to pick the fruit. It’s best to use clippers to remove fruit from the tree rather than hand picking. Using clippers or scissors will prevent damage to the stem side of the fruit, thereby eliminating premature deterioration. Calamondins usually last only a week after picking, but they will store longer if refrigerated.

As for care of the tree, it’s really quite simple and in line with care for other indoor citrus varieties. Give it plenty of sunlight per day and don’t over water. Wait until the top inch of soil is dry before watering, usually about every 10 days. Fertilize with a time release fertilizer every 4 to 6 weeks.

Finally, a calamondin tree will really appreciate time spent outdoors during warmer months. Here in the midwest, our tree spends mid April through mid October on our patio. This really helps the tree flourish, as butterflies and bees find the fragrance hard to resist.

Calamondin trees will make a wonderful addition to any living space and are readily available from online sources specializing in container fruit trees. Their cost is nominal and you’ll enjoy many years of sweet delicious fruit!

Marketing For Realtors

by JD Freedom

Starting a career in Real Estate? Need to Generate leads? Although unexperienced, entering the market with the right tools and knowledge will jump-start your career and take you to the next level.

It’s no surprise that over 90% of Buyers and Sellers are now starting their searches online. With these high percentages, it’s common knowledge that Realtors must have an online marketing strategy to obtain leads and convert them into sales.

I hope these 4 Tips For Realtors will help lead you in the right direction:

Knowing Your product - this better be an easy task if you are a Realtor. However, you must come up with a way to differentiate your product from the competition. The Real Estate industry is grossly overly saturated, and you will be “the norm” if you don’t stand out. Realtors now specialize in areas, sub-areas, ocean-view etc. Example: To survive in the Seattle, you have to brand yourself. If you are creative, you may brand yourself in ocean view property, and even more you might be a specialist with condos. When any Buyer or Seller is thinking of ocean view condos in Seattle, you want to be the first person they think of. - You are the expert on the subject. Therefore, you need to come up with key phrases that will target this niche. So when a Buyer or Seller (90% of them) is searching online, your website will top the list!

Product Development - Develop a product that will drive traffic to your site, then convert that traffic into a lead, then a deal. Obviously, many Realtors have blogs and personal websites which are great for branding themselves and web presence, but is your name or your company’s name ever typed into a search engine? 90% of the time, the answer is no. For example, if I want to buy a loft condo in Greenwich Village unless I already have a Realtor (we are not looking for these people) I would type in “Greenwich Village Lofts” or something similar to this. To capture the potential clients we are looking for, we must have that key phrase (our niche) to be a top result in search engines. It is the phrase not your name, or your companies name that will produce results.

Traffic - Now for your marketing skills. Being a Realtor, you MUST have lots of traffic or you are doomed. Niche marketing is the most effective and efficient tool for Realtors marketing online. Having niche targeted websites is becoming the future of online marketing for Realtors! Personal branded sites are important but you also need a website that gets top page rankings for Buyers, and another website that gets top page ranking for Sellers. To get this, you need websites that are Search Engine Optimized (SEO) and tailored to your target market.

Conversion - this is what you ultimately work for! All of the traffic in the world doesn’t mean a thing unless you can convert. After many Realtors obtain an online lead, they offer a free Buyer’s or Seller’s eBook as a way to initiate contact. Once you have reached this point, it’s time to do your job as a Real Estate Professional and provide them with your expertise.

Did you find this article helpful? I hope you did and with you all the best in your Real Estate Career
