How To Online Marketing For Building Your Home Based Business

by Stephen Meyer

Promoting your home based business online is the number one way to build your business quickly. That is if you do it productively using the correct tools. Many online advertisements may appear to be terrific when in reality they are not the most productive. You want your efforts to always do the most good with the least amount of effort.

Free FFA Pages

Free FFA sites also known as Free For All sites usually have members that range from hundreds of thousands into the millions. The thought of advertising to millions of people using a simple add form can be very tempting especially because it is free.

Adding your site to their add pages is very simple. You will have a 5 box submission form that ask for you Name, Email (not published in advertisement), Headline with limited number of words. Text box with limited number of words and a box for the URL you are promoting. Never use your main email client when submitting to the sites to avoid cluttering your normal email usage. Once you submit your add you can expect to receive hundreds to literally thousands of emails from members over the next few days.

When I first started advertising online I used FFA sites very often. I was excited over sending my advertisement to 10 million people or more. After a short time I realized it wasn’t benefitting me at all. When I received hundreds of emails through my alternate email server I never read them. I deleted them as quickly as possible. I realized the other members were simply doing the same thing and the effort was nearly pointless.

Traffic Exchanges

I enjoy using Traffic exchanges because of the variety of advertisements I can see and learn from. You can advertise for free using the sign up credits and then clicking ads for even more credits. The time you must visit a site is put on a timer and you have to wait to click another ad. To use these sites affectively you must use a Splash page otherwise known as a Lead Capture page. The point of your page is to get the visitors name and email address. You do not want to try and sell them here. You only want to gain enough interest to get their information so you can sell them through your email or news letter campaign. Using your main sales page or web site will give you little benefit because the visitor will not be there long. Like you they are surfing for credits. These sites can be productive if used correctly but they can also be a waste of time you could otherwise use with better tactics.

Article Marketing

Article marketing is arguably the number one way to promote your home based business. Best of all it is very cost affective. Most articles can be written and submitted in a couple hours. Because one article written making use of keywords can be published for many years it makes it the purest form of viral marketing there is. Despite the misconception that you must have a lot of writing skills to affectively write an article the fact is you don’t. You do need to have factual information concerning the articles subject so that you can build your reputation on the subject over time but no great skills are required. Most of us can carry on a conversation about subjects of interest and we all write emails to our friends and often personal letters to those we know. If you can do that you can write an article.

While it may seem hard to write an article or seem like you must have a lot of skills in reality it is very simple. If you can carry on a conversation about a subject or send out emails or personal letters you can write an article. You want your articles to be full of factual information that is useful for your audience but technical writing skills are not necessary. It is best to simply write your article in your own words with your own personality reflected. Simply write about subjects you know and submitting it to some of the larger Article Directories is by far the most affective way to build a long term stable and profitable business.

Top Causes Of Divorce

by Alisha Rowd

There are several reasons why a couple may opt for divorce. The law provides for some of these reasons you can use to support a petition. In reality though, there may be hundreds of unique reasons why certain couples just want out. Sometimes, there is more that just one reason. Here are only some of the possible causes of divorce:

Communication Problems

It is quite possible that a couple could have communication problems long before they decided to tie the knot. Expectations may not have been made clear or certain issues that could affect a marriage were not brought up. Discussing feelings about aspects that are personally important is also crucial but may not always be practiced by couples. Some couples may put little weight on pre-marital issues only to realize during marriage that they should have clearly set things in black and white or that hey should have been better listeners. Communication issues before marriage can get worse after getting married.

Financial Issues

Financial matters and monetary concerns is also another possible cause of disagreement between couples. Married couples could squabble over such issues as shared financial responsibility, unequal financial status, undisclosed financial state, over spending and lack of financial support. Evidence suggests though that money is not always the sole or primary cause of divorce. Nonetheless, it is still a significant factor. Again, the lack of communication over financial issues is the real culprit here and not money per se.

Forms of Abuse

Abuse can come in several forms and each one is a possible cause for divorce. This does not just include intentional and habitual physical battery. Abuse may also come in the form of sexual abuse and emotional abuse. One partner may actively seek to degrade his/her partner through harsh language.

Sometimes, abuse may also come in the form of a spouse abusing alcohol or drugs or gambling excessively. There may be no physical or verbal abuse but the other partner would understandably have a difficult time managing finances and daily life with an addicted spouse.

Marital Infidelity

In a monogamous society, the law states that marriage must be a mutually exclusive arrangement between two parties. This is of course unless both partners privately consent on their own to see other people while remaining married to each other. Otherwise, one may seek to divorce a spouse if evidence of infidelity is clearly obtained.

Sexual Problems

Sex is an essential aspect of marriage. Couples are expected to consummate or perform the act. That is unless a person knows and accepts before marriage that one partner has some sexual problems. In some cases, sexual dysfunction or disinterest may begin after tying the knot. If a couple is unable to resolve this, it may become a reason for divorce.

Incompatibility

Researches show that incompatibility is the most-cited reason for divorce. There are however numerous kinds and forms of incompatibility. A couple may be incompatible in anything and everything. They may not be able to find a common ground sexually, intellectually and emotionally. In cases of incompatibility, it might just be unbearable to live life with someone you just can’t fit with.

3 Stress Busting Activities As A Natural Cure For Acid Reflux

by Richal Peyton

People would still want to know the best cure for acid reflux even if it is a common condition that is highly-treatable. There’s a lot of medication and oral treatments that can be used to cure acid reflux. However, they usually cannot be used as long-term treatment. This is why many turn to a natural cure for acid reflux, whether it is used in conjunction with conventional treatment or simply as preventive treatment.

To date, there is still no scientific study that proves stress as a direct cause for acid reflux. However, many experts agree that stress is a major factor in contributing to the symptoms of the condition. Because physical activity has been known to reduce stress, those suffering from acid reflux can benefit from it. Let’s talk about the three major activities that can help treat acid reflux, naturally.

Activity 1: Conventional Exercise

There have been studies that show obesity as a worsening factor for acid reflux. When you overeat, your stomach will need to secrete more acid to digest all of the food you consumed. This means that excess acid can build up in the stomach. Therefore, exercise is needed to maintain a healthy weight.

Some exercise positions like bending, however, may cause acid reflux since it can bring gastrointestinal acids up to the esophagus. It’s a myth that exercise in general causes acid reflux-you just need to know which exercises you can and cannot do. Avoid bending (i.e. sit ups), bouncing, and applying too much pressure on the abdomen while exercising.

Some of the conventional exercises that can remedy acid reflux would include aerobic and anaerobic exercises like stair climbing, step exercises, bicycling and stretching. When doing weight training, use weight machines instead. As you can see, these exercises don’t require a lot of bending and bouncing, so acid is kept below the esophagus.

Activity 2: Yoga And Stretching

Yoga is known to treat many conditions because of its ability to reduce stress. Certain poses like the Sukhasana are designed to straighten the spine and help reduce metabolism and therefore over-activity in the digestive system. Different poses actually enhance each other. There are poses that incorporate breathing exercises that help further reduce stress while other poses improve your overall physical health. Because yoga mainly utilizes your own strength with very little force or exertion, you’re able to easily maintain yoga exercises and therefore easily treat acid reflux in the long run.

Activity 3: Meditation

While meditation will not necessarily change much physically, it can help those suffering from acid reflux symptoms feel much better. Try closing your eyes and releasing all kinds of thought from your mind. Simply breathe deeply and feel every sensation accompanied by your breathing, including your muscles loosening up and your whole body entering into a more relaxed state. You may then start to visualize something positive, like being in a tranquil place or simply looking at a perfectly blue sky. These simple techniques have been shown to reduce stress remarkably and so can naturally sooth nasty symptoms of acid reflux.

To effectively remedy the condition with a natural cure for acid reflux, one would have to be proactive about it. While taking medication can treat you for now, think about what other things you can do to prevent acid reflux. Before trying out any of the methods in this article, consult your doctor first.
